Client IP: You retain ownership of your business data, content, and customer information that you provide to the Services.
AI Outputs: Clients are granted a full license to use AI outputs for business purposes. However, outputs are provided “as-is” and may not always be unique. VTechAi retains the right to improve its systems using anonymized or aggregated data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and AI outputs are provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
VTechAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
By Client: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
By Company: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations, non-payment, or at our discretion.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
By using the Services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
